| Hello Dean, Just wanted to write you a letter saying how happy we are with the puppy we purchased from you. couldn't be happier with Belle. She has the best disposition and temperament, but is very watchful and protective. Everyone that sees Belle wants to know where we got her from because she is such a good looking dog. If you ever need someone to answer any questions about your dogs you can give them my number and I would be happy to tell them about the dogs you breed and what great pups your dogs produce. | Hi Dean: Great to hear from you. You bet we still have the dog! He is one of the family and, quite possibly, the most popular. He is doing extremely well - remarkably intelligent, great with the family and kids, loves horses, bullies cows (of course), and plays with the other dogs when we are at the ranch to near exhaustion. He has been a pleasure to train, is well disciplined, and, as we knew before we got him, one handsome dog. The kids named him "Bruiser" and each claim him as their very own to the point I believe a fight will ensue. One amazing trait he has displayed is his ability to distinguish the level of play with the kids. He will play rough with the boys (to the extent they want) and yet with my small 2 year old daughter he is as gentle as a lamb. He will let her maul and kiss him with great patience, and as energetic as he is (being a pup) will walk on eggshells with my daughter and is very careful not to knock her down. When she calls him, he walks over and sits at her feet. He has been a pleasure to own and is everything we could have wanted...My brothers are impressed with him as well and are now seriously considering buying an American Bulldog when it comes time to replace their dogs. | Dean: Thanks for your response. Rascal is turning out to be a really beautiful dog. He is everything and more than we have expected. He is very intelligent and willing to do anything we ask of him. We gets along with our Jack Russell so well that they are always playing and wrestling. He has shown no aggression toward other dogs or people, only cautious apprehension when we have visitors that he has not seen before. All of my sons friends absolutely love Rascal and he the same with them. I think he is going to wag his tail off one of these days he gets so excited with the kids. He reminds us so much of Bama when we were visiting with you. He will thump his tail on the floor for attention and he always has to put his paw up for you to touch it. He lays on our feet when Hal is shaving in the morning or if I am cooking and doing stuff in the kitchen. Rascal weighs in at 53 lbs at almost 6 months....We could not be happier with him and I would love for you to use this letter as a referral. Hope you and your family are well. | Hi Dean and Rhonda, We hope you are doing well! We just wanted to let you know how much we love our two new babies, Duke and Georgia. They're now about 50+ lbs. each, but they're still our little pups. They just graduated to level 2 in their obedience training. Super smart dogs, they have the best temperament of any dog we've known. Everyone comments on how gorgeous they are. We set up a website to share photos, but I am also attaching a couple if you want to post them. They love their back yard and the long walks in the neighborhood. They are wonderful about following their daily routine.....They can kill a rawhide pretty quickly and they love those gigantic shinbones. It's hilarious to watch them as they play. | Dean, Sorry that I have not sent you pictures of Gus in a while I have been so busy I just keep forgetting to send them. He has been such a great dog, everyone that meets him loves him. He is a great companion and is the most loving dog I have ever been around. He is part of the family and he is loved by everyone that meets him. He has gotten so big but yet still thinks he is small.... Everyone asks me where I got him because he is such a sweet and well-behaved dog I have told many people about you and the great dogs you breed and how it was such a pleasant experience. | Hello Dean, Hector is doing fine. Very smart, beautiful, loving dog. He weighs about 90 lbs now and is 11 months old. I don't think he has a mean bone in his body. He is protective of my wife and I and the house when we are not home, but in a good way. He has two playmates Dodge and Zeke. These two are my wifes dogs she had before we were married. They are mixed hound dogs about 50 lbs each and are about 2 years old. Hector has been playing with them since before we were married and they are friends. The alpha male has changed to Hector in the past 4 months. He rules with a kind heart. They play, eat and sleep together. Hector is not fixed amd the other two are. | Dean, ...I just wanted to give you an update about Dixie. She is doing great. I can't describe to you how well behaved and how good of a dog she is. The other day we brought her into Petsmart and the staff there thought that she had been through obedience school because of her good behavior. Last night we brought her up to our family's campsite. Again she impressed everyone. Her behavior is amazing. She will walk up to people and sit at their feet waiting for them to pet her, she will not ever jump on them. She was even great with our 2 year old cousin. When the fireworks started last night she was sleeping. The first one woke her up, and she watched a few go off then went back to sleep. | Hi Dean, Its Leah, I bought one of your Brindle American Bulldogs in August. I just wanted to let you know that he is doing great. I just can not believe how much he has grown and how smart he is. He will sit, lay down, say please, give me five, go get his ball and most of all just snuggle with you. Like I have said before I couldn't have picked a better dog. I recently got an SUV just so that I can cart him around with me and the license plate says "BMRSYD" AKA Beamer's Ride! Some people think I am obsessed but it is only love....Well I hope that everything is going great for you and your bulldogs. I look forward to the many years of laughter and fun with Beamer. Beamer is extremely smart and learned so much with in the first two weeks. His name, sit, drop it, lay down, say please. It is impossible to walk by him with out him giving you a high five or a huge smile. All he wants to due is cuddle and have lots of attention. He is also great with children and other dogs. Dean was extermely helpful by telling us all about the bread and things to look for. He is the perfect dog, we have no complaints. We encourage anyone who is interested to consider owning an American Bulldog especially one from SSK! We look forward to the changes that we will see in Beamer throughout this next year!
